To prevent failed or spam orders, a Gizmoattic representative will contact you within 24 to 48 hours for confirmation. Orders are processed and shipped only after successful confirmation via call, SMS, or email. Unconfirmed orders may be canceled without notice.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. Tracking information is shared upon shipment. Deliveries are made through reliable third-party courier partners, including authorized services such as Shiprocket.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
For approved returns, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
